Your rent depends on the location. Your deposit is refundable. Terms and conditions apply.
On top of your rent and deposit, you pay for your own electricity and cooking costs, water, waste collection and the maintenance service.
A lower monthly payment doesn't always mean cheaper. A room paid monthly can cost more over a year than one on an annual lease. What it saves you is the lump sum, so look at both before you decide.
