What you get
- A shared room with one other resident, or a private room of your own
- A bed and lockable storage in your room
- A shared kitchen and sitting room, and enough bathrooms for all residents
- 15 hours of uninterrupted power a day
- Smart meters, switches and sockets, so you can see and manage your own electricity use in the app

- Water and waste collection, which you pay for on top of your rent
- A defined maintenance service, which you pay for on top of your rent
- Monthly or quarterly payments, under one agreement
On top of your rent and deposit, you pay for your own electricity and cooking costs, water, waste collection and the maintenance service.
Shared room
₦150,000 to ₦250,000
a month. You share with one other resident.
Private room
₦250,000 to ₦400,000
a month. The room is yours alone.
To move in

in rent: two months' rent, plus a refundable deposit. Terms and conditions apply.
Your rent depends on the location. Qualifying residents can pay the deposit in instalments, backed by a guarantor or employer. Every charge is written down before any payment. See all prices
How to get a room

Join and apply
Join the waitlist, and we'll email you an access code for the YOFE LIVING app. When rooms are ready, we'll message you. Then sign in, tell us about yourself and upload your ID. An application isn't a guarantee of a room.

We check your details
Our team checks your details and ID, and you can follow your progress in the YOFE LIVING app. The rest of the app opens once you're verified.

Read your offer
When a room is ready for you, read your offer and agreement. Every charge is written down before any payment.

Pay to move in
Pay two months' rent plus your refundable deposit by bank transfer, then tell us in the app. We'll confirm it there.

Live and get support
See your rent and receipts, report repairs and complaints, and follow our replies, all in one place.
